In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the U.S. Department of Education to amend the regulations implementing 第九条 of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Pasadena City College has made publicly available the minimum training materials used to train the College’s 第九条 Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers and other personnel involved in administering the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/第九条 Final Rule Regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment.

Pasadena City College 第九条 Personnel, and any person designated by the District to facilitate a part of the informal or formal 第九条 resolution process, will have training prior to participating in the administration of the Policy for Complying with the 第九条 Regulations/第九条 Final Rule. Personnel or designees will be trained regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment through in-person or online virtual training programs.

The following Training Certifications and the materials used to train the 第九条 Coordinator, Investigator Manager who is responsible for administering Pasadena City College’s 第九条 and Sexual Harassment Policies: 

• ATIXA 第九条 Coordinator and Administrator Training Level 1
• ATIXA 第九条 Coordinator and Administrator Training Level 2
• ATIXA Civil Rights Investigator Training Level 1
